This project centred on creating a private wellness environment where the homeowners could escape the demands of daily life and prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing.
The installation combines a Jacuzzi® Infrared Sauna with a Jacuzzi® J-345™ Hot Tub, creating a versatile wellness suite designed to be enjoyed throughout the year. Positioned within a secluded corner of the garden, the space was carefully planned to provide a sense of calm and separation from the rest of the home.
The infrared sauna was selected for its gentle, penetrating heat and comfortable operating temperatures. Used regularly as part of the homeowners’ daily routine, it provides a space to unwind, ease muscle tension and enjoy a moment of quiet relaxation. Unlike traditional saunas, the infrared technology delivers warmth directly to the body, creating a soothing experience without the intense heat often associated with conventional sauna rooms.
Just a few steps away, the Jacuzzi® hot tub offers a complementary hydrotherapy experience. Following a sauna session, the warm water and targeted massage jets help promote relaxation, improve circulation and provide relief for tired muscles and joints.
The surrounding area was finished with contemporary decking, subtle lighting and carefully considered screening to enhance privacy and create an inviting atmosphere both day and night.
