What is the Concierge Service?
When you invest in a Jacuzzi® Hot tub or Swim Spa with us, you will be introduced to our Hydrolife Concierge team who look after everything aftercare. One of our knowledgable Aftercare Team will be assigned to you and will be your point of contact. They will guide you through the process, from delivery and installation right through to chemicals and servicing and will be there to support your throughout the lifetime of your hot tub or swim spa ownership.
Don't worry - all information is held in a central database which means if you can't get hold of your personal concierge, there is always another member of the Concierge Team who will be able to answer any of your aftercare questions.
What does the Concierge Service do?
Our Aftercare Team will be on hand to help you with general questions, as well as help with getting used to controlling and using your new hot tub or swim spa.
Book services, buy chemicals and get help with topics such as pre-delivery preparations, such as bases and electrical requirements, delivery options, site surveys and much more. The Hydrolife Concierge Service is here to make your ownership a breeze

Meet our expert Installation team.
Our experienced team of hot tub engineers are on hand to help with delivery and installation, as well as servicing your hot tub. We put each of our engineers through full Jacuzzi® Training, to give you peace of mind that your hot tubs or swim spa is being cared for bu a Jacuzzi® professional. From showing you how to use the fuctions of your hot tub to helping you with chemicals and dosage, our engineers will able to answer any questions you may have with regards to the care and usage of your hot tub!
