Spending time in one of our showrooms is the best way to identify the right hot tub for your home & lifestyle. Our expert sales staff will guide you through the ranges, focussing on the unique features and how each one benefits you. This is our opportunity to tailor a hot tub exactly to your needs and we do this is in a friendly & straightforward way. Covering off every aspect from shell colours to running costs, we aim to give you a 360°view of hot tubs, so you have all the information you need to make the right choice.
With your hot tub specifications all sorted, we’ll place your order and arrange your payment options. There’s a range of finance available you may wish to use, so we’ll take you through them all, recommending the most suitable way for you to own your very own Jacuzzi® hot tub.
When the paperwork is complete, we will arrange a home visit to do a site survey and help ensure the hot tub is situated in the ideal part of your garden. From this point on it’s about laying the solid flat base, setting up the electrics and making sure that you have a water supply near by. We keep in touch with all customers throughout this stage to help keep any work on track and answer any questions that may have arisen during this part of the preparation.
Hydrolife has a dedicated installation team with over a decades worth of experience at delivering and connecting Jacuzzi® hot tubs. They will take control of the process at this stage, liaising with you regarding delivery times… which is organised to fit in around you. They will call you 48 hours before delivery, with a reminder of the delivery slot & the access they’ll need, then it’s time to bring your hot tub.
Delivered with care and wrapped in secure protective packaging, this is the beginning of the half-day installation. Our team then gently manoeuvres the hot tub into position and connects up the electrics. All that’s left to do then is fill with water and take you through the running instructions.
