How Hydrolife can help this November

At Hydrolife we are extremely well equipped and experienced as a business to manage these challenging times. We have put into place several processes to support past, present and future customers this month and beyond as we did back in March. Here are a few FAQ’s to let you know how we can help.

Chemical & Accessory Orders:

It is critical to continue to look after your Jacuzzi and sanitise your water and we have made sure that we are very well stocked with everything you need to do this. 

Online Orders: All online order are still available to be made and delivery is aimed to be completed in 3-5 days.

Telephone Order & Collect: If you would like to call your nearest showroom and order over the phone you can; then simply collect your items when convenient for you.

Showroom Collection: If you are visiting a garden centres that we are located within, you can also buy chemicals immediately if the member of our team if available to help.

 

Your Jacuzzi Delivery & Installation

We will be following the government guidelines to operate safely maintaining social distance and utilising appropriate PPE where necessary. Our teams will never require access to you house just your garden and this can be conducted independently of your family bubble. If there are any concerns or special requests then we can work to suit your comfort and needs. All aspects of the supply chain are fully operational and therefore you should expect no delays from your agreed dates, if for any circumstances we needed to delay your installation please rest assured this will be a short delay amounting to a matter of days NOT months.

 

New Customer – Virtual Tours, Private Viewings & Stock Availability

If you are considering buying a Jacuzzi then we can still help. We will be operating one on one virtual tours of the showroom to understand your requirements and demonstrate and discuss a wide variety of models. We are fortunate to work with a great trusted brand in Jacuzzi to help give you peace of mind making a remote purchase.
